Summary: Michael and Kate are forced to work together to try and save a patient with a deadly virus. Meanwhile, at Holt Neuro, as Michael treats a nervous bride-to-be who is experiencing headaches, he notices her mother is exhibiting symptoms of a serious condition. Rita's (Margo Martindale), surprise Thanksgiving reunion with her son is interrupted when he has a motorcycle accident and it's up to Michael to save him.
